  • Prime Time – Sundays at 9:00 a.m. in Room 138
Prime Time comprises primarily adults at or near retirement but is open to anyone.
Prime Time will begin a study of the Book of James on Sunday, September 17, 2017. Few books in the New Testament are better known or more often quoted than the Letter of James. Because James is so practical and so filled with memorable metaphors and illustrations, it has become one of the most popular books to study.

  • Box of Chocolates – Sundays at 9:00 a.m. in Room 142
(Box of Chocolates sometimes meets and serves on-site here at Faith sometimes meets off-site)
Box of Chocolates comprises primarily adults with school-aged children, but is open to anyone.
Box of Chocolates will begin a new study on Sunday, September 10, 2017: #struggles by Craig Groeschel. This study is designed to help people cut through our selfie-centered world and rediscover Biblical values – such as authenticity, compassion, contentment, rest, and more – that bring us closer to Jesus.

  • Seekers – Sundays at 9:00 a.m. in Room 136
Seekers is open to anyone and everyone.
This fall, Seekers will study The Story of Scripture by Robbie F. Castleman, beginning September 10, 2017. When it comes to knowledge of the Bible, many people know bits and pieces, favorite stories and characters, but they don’t know the story that is really one story in Scripture. Robbie Castleman will help you put the story of God and his people together so that you’ll know how all the parts and people fit, and the stories within the story will make more sense.

  • 2nd Sunday Sermon Study – 2nd Sunday of the month at 9:00 a.m. in Room 137
A slightly deeper dive into the current sermon/sermon series once a month (on 2nd Sundays).
Discussion will include Pastor Rodney’s suggested scripture readings (in the bulletin each week) as well as incorporate the insights and reflections of those that attend.
First 2nd Sunday Sermon Study will be Sunday, September 10, 2017, during the Heaven and Hell sermon series.

  • Covenant – Sundays after worship in Room 136
Covenant represents a relationship – a living, breathing conversation – and we invite you to join in it.
This is an in-depth Bible study focusing on how we live out our covenant in faithful love – and how we apply it to relationships in our everyday lives.
    Covenant begins September 24, 2017.

  • Pizza with the Pastor – Contact: Jennifer Rader – Sunday, September 24, 2017
This is an opportunity for Rodney to meet people that are new or relatively new to Faith and get to know them better in a casual, small group setting. He will share a bit about himself and Faith UMC, but primarily wants to hear from you and answer any questions you have.

  • Quick Launch Newcomer Class – Contact: Jennifer Rader – Sundays at 9:00 a.m. in Room 143
QL will meet on the 5 Sundays in October (October 1-29, 2017)
Quick Launch is a class for people who are new or newly interested in getting more involved.

This fall they will study First Corinthians – Living Love When We Disagree by Melissa Spoeltra, beginning Wednesday, September 6, 2017. Relationships are messy. We’re all different and imperfect, and we can struggle to get along — especially with those who disagree with us. Often we find ourselves divided — even as Christians. Examine how we can work out our differences and disagreements with humility and grace, always showing the love of Christ, while still remaining true to what we believe.

  • Sister of the Spirit (SOS) – 7:00 p.m. in Room 137
Sisters of the Spirit is also open to women of all ages and stages of life and spiritual maturity.
This fall, SOS will study Fervent by Priscilla Shirer, beginning Wednesday, September 6, 2017. Satan is dead set on destroying all we hold dear and keeping us from experiencing abundant life in Christ. This book is a chance to strike back – with prayer – with a weapon that really works. Each chapter is a guide in crafting prayer strategies that hit the enemy where it hurts, letting him know you’re on to him and that you won’t back down.

  • Financial Peace University – 7:00 p.m. in Room 138
FPU is a 9-week course on money taught by America’s most trusted financial guru, Dave Ramsey.
