I often wonder what our lives would be like if we were as intentional about gratitude all year long as we are during the month of November. Would we be happier? More filled with joy?
Even if you are like me and gratitude is not always your first response, I hope that you take time to be grateful this week for the incredible gifts that we have been given. For me, it’s my family, my friends, a place to sleep, good food to eat, and the chance to travel to see all four of my grandparents in two days!
I’m also extremely grateful for all of the people who turned in Commitment Cards last Sunday in worship. I hope you picked up your free coffee mug before you left! Your commitments will help us be intentional as we plan and implement ministry in the coming year. If you have not yet turned in your card, it’s not too late! You can drop it off at the church at any point on Sunday, or fill out the online form at the link below:
I hope that you’ll take time to be present with us this Sunday for Be the Church! We will meet together at 10:30 a.m., and then disperse into our community for work and service! If you haven’t signed up yet and want to, you can email [email protected] to get plugged in!
Being your pastor and friend is an incredible gift to me, and I am overwhelmingly grateful for all of you during this season of thanks!
