Team Talk

VOLUNTEER

We are always growing and adapting and can always use help. There are endless opportunities such as media, teaching, music, kitchen, etc. Volunteers help keep our ministry going strong.

CARE TEAM

Members visit and send cards to those who are having surgery, are hospitalized, had a baby, experienced a death in the family, or are dealing with any major life issue.

Candles

PRAYER TEAM

Members commit to faithfully praying for the concerns lifted up by our church family and community.  Our Prayer Partners team receive regular emails with listed prayer request.

Fresh Bread

MEAL MINISTRY

Members provide meals for church/community members who are welcoming a new baby, have been hospitalized, etc.  As needs arise, team members receive an email and are given the opportunity to sign up to provide a meal.

PIN FUND

The People in Need Fund allows our church to help meet emergency needs of individuals within our community during difficult financial circumstances.  As funds allow, needs that are met include food, diapers, formula, gas, utility bills, and transportation.

D-ERT TEAM

Members of this team have received FEMA-recongized training and authorization through the United Methodist Committee on Relief (UMCOR) to be deployed to assist communities in the early days after a major disaster.  D-ERT members are called to provide a Christian presence to survivors in an affected area, work to help stabilize their personal property , and to manage and report needs of the community.

ROMANIA MISSION

Youth and Adults from faith have taken several mission trips to Cluj, Romania. These trips have helped us develop a relationship to be in ministry with the UMC in Romania. If you're interested in joining us on the next Romania trip, email Chad Seagle at youth@tryfaith.org.
